At EmilyHomeDesign, each product is made with care and tailored to your choice. Due to the nature of our custom and made-to-order items, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the issue is caused by us.

- Your item arrived damaged.
- The product differs significantly from the listing description or images.
In such cases, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- The product matches the description and images but you changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size, design, or color by mistake.
- You request a return for reasons not related to product quality.
